Strive have partnered with a leading vendor in the Database permissions space and have been tasked with building out the GTM team in EMEA. Our very succesful founders are heavily focused on sustainable growth, as we are executing and have no burn rate, we are ready to add ambitious people to our team.


The Role:

  • Customer Success Engineer - working directly with founders & VP
  • €100- €180k with flex (Stock options)
  • Remote first role
  • Working cross functionally with engineering
  • Managing customers post-sale experience

  • Recently closed a 7-figure TCV deal

Interview Process:

  • Strive team - Initial screening call
  • 1st Call: Get to know w/ CRO
  • 2nd: Meet with the founder
  • 3rd: In depth call w/ HR
