Business Development Representative

Strive has partnered with a pioneering real-time analytics and data processing Vendor to recruit for a Jr. BDR to target new logo acquisition in the US, details below.

We need someone based in New York for this role who is able to go into the office 2-3x per week.

• 150+ customers across various industries

 

Role:

• Hybrid | New York Based
• $100K OTE – 60/40 Split
• Progression Opportunities into Sr. BDR / AE / Team Lead Roles
• 60/40 Split – Outbound Vs Inbound
• 1:1 BDR to AE Ratio
• Opp to relocate 1 month a year to Madrid (All exp. Paid for)
• Bootcamp / Training programs for 1st 6-12 months

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, research and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role. (Ideally)
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• A proactive, coachable and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
