Strive have partnered with a leading vendor in the DevOps Analytics space and have been tasked with building out the founding GTM team in the US.


The Company:

- Raised $50m+ Series B funding

- Tripling in size during 2022

- 5/5 rating on Glassdoor

- Strong focus on culture & organizational health

- 300% YoY growth


The Leadership:

- Both Co-Founders have scaled from first on the ground to $350 million acquisition previously

- Company founders are Ex-VP’s for market leading companies

- Investor Leadership team invested in likes of Databricks, AppDynamics, Coinbase etc..

- All executive team are ‘Start-up guru’s’ with multiple use cases of exit’s between them

- VP Sales has previously scaled towards 3x exits


The Role:

- Senior Business Development Reprenstative

- Boston Based – Hybrid

- $65K-70K Fixed, $20-$30k variable + considerable equity

- 6-month progression plan to an AE

- 3-year exit plan with a strong equity package in play

- Mixture of Inbound and Outbound Leads


Interview Process:

· Discovery Call

· Role play

· Final call with CEO

· Offer
