Strive have partnered with a leading vendor in the MarTech space and have been tasked with building out the founding GTM team in the US.

 

The Role

- Sr Account Executive

- $125- $135k (Double OTE)

- Remote – Delaware HQ

- Land and expand model

- Average deal size $40k ARR

 

The Company:

- Profitable Seed funded business

- 50 customers to date

- eCommerce MarTech with very strong PMF

- 30% YoY growth

 

The Leadership:

- Our Founder has 10 years of product management and business development experience at startups and enterprise software companies. He has worked at both big org and start-ups, leading a previous start up to an acquisition in 2003.

- Our investors has a combined total of 538 exists including the likes of Mercari, Snap, Slack and Amplitude.

- We have a team of advisors from the likes of Beats by Dr.Dre, Microsoft, Apple and Airbnb.

 

Interview Process:

• 1st Call: Discovery w/ Founder

• 2nd: Get to know – Stakeholder call

• 3rd: In depth call w/ Founder

• 4th: Final meeting with mini presentation
