Strive have partnered with a leading UK SaaS Employee Benefits SaaS vendor, tasked with finding an Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing UK team.

 

The Company:

  • Employee Benefits Platform.
  • Series A, $15M funding.
  • Strong focus on culture and organizational health.
  • Huge logos such as Pleo, Chattermill, and Maze.

 

The Leadership:

  • Brand new VP, ex-Showpad.
  • Dynamic co-founders with a plethora of experience.
  • 5 x AE's on the team currently

 

The Role

  • Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Up to £180k OTE (50/50) + equity.
  • Hybrid role, based in London (2-3 times per week).
  • BDR and marketing support.

 

Interview Process:

  • 1st: Qualifying call with Strive.
  • 2nd: Key Competencies call with VP.
  • 3rd: Panel + Meet the Team
  • 4th: Final Conversation
