Strive have partnered with a leading UK SaaS Employee Benefits SaaS vendor, tasked with finding an Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing UK team.
The Company:
- Employee Benefits Platform.
- Series A, $15M funding.
- Strong focus on culture and organizational health.
- Huge logos such as Pleo, Chattermill, and Maze.
The Leadership:
- Brand new VP, ex-Showpad.
- Dynamic co-founders with a plethora of experience.
- 5 x AE's on the team currently
The Role
- Enterprise Account Executive.
- Up to £180k OTE (50/50) + equity.
- Hybrid role, based in London (2-3 times per week).
- BDR and marketing support.
Interview Process:
- 1st: Qualifying call with Strive.
- 2nd: Key Competencies call with VP.
- 3rd: Panel + Meet the Team
- 4th: Final Conversation
